Overview
What it is, and what I did.
Member portal with wallet, shares, and profit distribution — legally-compliant token-redemption flow under Bangladesh’s Cooperative Societies Act; multi-tenant from day one.
Role
Architecture & business logic.
- Next.js
- Laravel API
- Sanctum

- What it is
- A member portal for a registered cooperative: savings, share certificates, dividends and withdrawals, kept separate from the shop that feeds it.
- The legal constraint
- Flows follow the Bangladesh Cooperative Societies Act 2001 — share classes, dividend cycle and samiti hierarchy are modelled because the law requires them, not because they were convenient.
- Two kinds of withdrawal
- Spending at a partner outlet on a member discount is not the same act as taking cash out, so the interface never merges them. Cash withdrawal shows the provider fee before confirmation.
- Multi-tenant from day one
- More than one samiti can run on the same deployment without a fork, which is the difference between one client and a product.
- Design scope
- 23 screens across auth, member core, shares, wallet, dividends and security.
- Role
- Architecture and business logic.
- Status
- In development. The UI gallery below is public and browsable.
